Mothers love telling their daughters the 3 step rule to maintain healthy skin – Cleanse, tone and moisturise. I have always skipped the second step. As it happened, I was whining to Lulu about the monthly acne issue and she mentioned using the Biotique Cucumber – Pore Tightening Toner and the Pineapple face cleanse r. I immediately went and got these and started using them. After I had finished an entire bottle of both the cleanser and toner I realised that it had certainly helped me. Not so much in completely doing away with acne but at least as means of containing it. I used to have acne on my cheeks and jaw line but it has now considerably reduced and I just arm myself before my cycle with Vicco turmeric (The one without the sandalwood oil) and generously apply it on any bump that appears and let 7 days pass before I feel safe enough to proclaim said alien-being on my face dead. Walking away from Temptation

I share my destiny with something that has been present in my life and has been a part of my earliest memories. It has found its way into my life and tangled into my daily routine. I first found out that I am susceptible to migraines when I was in 9 th Standard. Back then I was unaware of what a pain it would be in my life. Once I hit puberty, migraines became an annual thing. By the time I was in college, I had formed one of the worst habits many youngsters have today – My love for black coffee without milk or sugar. Little did I know then that this habit would further trigger my migraines. In 2006, when my doctor found out about my coffee habit she gave me an ultimatum.
